1) I only make banners, layouts, non-animated outros, thumbnails, icons, and logos for Pokemon related content. I can't make any guarantees for non-Pokemon related commissions. Although you can ask about it, but I may decline if I'm not confident in providing a quality commission for it.

2) FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED BEFORE I START WORKING! If I can do your commission, I'll respond with a price and some info/questions for you if need be. Also, this way I can also feel comfortable sending you updates of your commission and getting your feedback of what you like and don't like so I can make it exactly the way you want it to be.

3) Please understand that I'm also a college student who works part time with a YouTube channel of his own to manage. So give me some leeway when it comes to time please. I absolutely promise though that if you do not have your commission within 14 days after payment (unless you're getting the series or channel bundle) I will refund you fully along with your commission.

4) REFUNDS: I understand that people may change their mind and want a refund. I'm willing to give you a full refund if I haven't finished your commission. HOWEVER, if I already finished it and gave it to you, then I cannot give you a refund. Simple as that.

5) I only accept money through PayPal. Nothing else.
